Shipping FAQs

1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship domestically in the Philippines through Gogo Express, Lalamove and Grab. International shipping is not available at this time.

 

2. How long will it take to receive my order?

Gogo Express: Typically 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Lalamove/Grab: Typically within the scheduled day of pickup to be arranged by the buyer. Details will be provided upon confirmation of your purchase.

 

3. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions.

 

4. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over ₱3,000.

 

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

 

6. What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. Include photos of the damage, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.

 

7. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can update your shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].
